Plasma is an old technology, good for the money but if you can afford it get an LED or LCD. They don’t have any issues with image retention or burn in at all, plus their life span is twice that of plasma and I doubt the image is that much worse….you get a better black with plasma, but is it worth it?….I really don’t know. – P.
